Release

Ten Months
Cold and undisturbed waters
Approximately three hundred thirty-four days
A slight bump
Shaking
On to turbulent waters

A variety of faces
A lot of new faces
Great big smiles
Fronting their untroubled minds

A rubber raft
Violent water
Uninvited guests
Silence

Seconds away from the world above
Flowing water
A held breath
Daylight

Rougher bumps
A wilder ride
Trying to escape
This white water rapid ride

hahaha! Thanks to Camille’s mini-lesson! I am now equipped to interpret this poem. Should I write it on my stop and jot notebook or post it here? hehehe…
